Our refund policy varies according to the service you have purchased.
Online digital products such as The Selfie Sojourn 8 Week Online Course - We are confident in our products and offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with the product we will be happy to refund the full purchase price after you submit your completed workbooks and exercises to show that you put in the work and operated in good faith. If the consumer fails to provide this documentation, or if the documentation is incomplete and does not demonstrate adequate effort, the consumer will NOT receive a refund on the product and will, instead, receive an explanation as to why the request for a refund was rejected. There will be no refunds in the first 30 days of the course or after the course has finished. In other words, the money back guarantee only applies to requests made after 30 days and before the end of the course.
Group Coaching programs - A refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase or by 11:59 p.m. the day before the program begins, whichever comes first. If the refund is not requested within that time frame, the first month of the program is non-refundable. Coaching is a process and it requires several sessions to start experiencing the benefits. If after one month you wish to withdraw from the program the remainder of your unused service will be returned to you (if you paid the full fee in full), and future payments will not be invoiced if you paid by installments. In both cases, a $50.00 administration fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
1:1 Coaching Packages and A la carte sessions - The refund policies for these services are outlined in the contracts that are signed by the client and Dr. Lori Doan before services commence.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
